Hi, I'm Catherine.

I am qualified in various Holistic Therapies including Indian Head Massage, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Essences and Homeopathy.

The Shamanic training with Paul Francis has been for me grounding, therapeutic, empowering and life changing. Its now a part of my core being with which i am honored to share with others.

I do face to face and distance sessions. sessions are usually 2 hours. Depending on what people can afford i accept £50 to £80.

I also facilitate a drumming group in west Cumbria.
